"Coral" as a color often defies description, but in the case of this Sunpatiens, it's almost glow-in-the-dark orange with the smallest touch of burgundy in the eye.

CloseSeasoned gardeners think "shade annual" when someone mentions impatiens, and normally, that is absolutely correct. New Guinea impatiens is a whole different story, and it's not called Sunpatiens for nothing. Happy in sun or partial sun, Sunpatiens can achieve a big presence - one to almost three feet tall, and up to two feet wide - sporting brilliant colored flowers from spring right up to frost. The pointed green leaves add a lush feel to hanging baskets, container planters, and when planted en masse along borders in the garden. Water and fertilize regularly throughout the growing season for stellar results.
