Perovskia 'Lacey Blue'

Russian Sage was voted Perennial Plant of the Year in 1995 by the Perennial Plant Association, and it's still a garden favorite. Fragrant leaves, lovely dissected blue-green foliage and violet-blue flower spikes from summer into the fall make this a delightful addition to sunny summer gardens. 'Lacey Blue' Russian Sage tends to be a smaller variety, typically growing 18 to 24 inches in height and width, though it can grow bigger if it likes the environment.
