Thank goodness for evergreen perennials such as 'Chamois Cress Icecube.' These are the plants that reassure us that spring is indeed coming and we just need to have a bit of patience. Small but prolific white flowers top a compact mat of finely cut foliage, brightening up the seemingly endless days of winter. Not much of a spreader, 'Icecube' would pair well with calluna, hebes, and springtime bloomers.
