Petchoas are cross between calibrachoas and petunias, so you have the heat resistance and big blooms of petunias and the finer, less sticky foliage of calibrachoas. The petals of 'SuperCal Light Yellow' are a creamy yellow, darkening to a butter-yellow eye. This petchoa mounds up to a foot tall and spreads twice as wide, making it an excellent choice for planting in the garden or in container planters and hanging baskets. Make sure this easy-care annual gets at least 6 hours of sun per day and sufficient water and fertilizer. You'll have a beautiful burst of summer color right up until frost, and bees love it.
