Thai Hot Peppers are indeed hot and not for the faint of heart. Prominent in SE Asian dishes, these small peppers can be used green or left on the plant to ripen to a bright red. Due to its small compact form and upright green and red peppers, this variety can be grown for its ornamental value as well. Utmost caution should be used when harvesting these little heat bombs, and wash hands thoroughly before touching your face or eyes.
