Sweeter than its big bell pepper cousins, this mix may produce yellow, red, or orange mini-peppers, 1 to 3 inches long.

CloseFew people can resist these almost bite-size sweet peppers, so consider growing your own in the summer garden. Plants can grow 18 to 36 inches in height and width, so they adapt well to container planters and raised beds. Peppers don't like the cold, and especially cold feet, so wait until the temps are above 55 degrees at night to transplant, although black plastic spread over the soil may help warm it up. Water deeply when the top inch of soil is dry, and give peppers at least six hours of full sun per day for best results.
