Corn Salad has soft, spoon-shaped leaves that grow in loose rosettes, up to 8" across, and is a mild flavored green with a slightly nutty flavor. This can be eaten fresh in salads, on its own or mixed with other greens. Big Seeded Mache is much more heat tolerant than other varieties and doesn't become bitter when the weather warms up.
