CloseCoral Bells are a garden staple in the Pacific NW due to its range of colors, textures, and resilience throughout the winter months. Many varieties can switch back and forth between sun and partial sun, while some, like 'Northern Exposure Sienna' fair better with some shade during the hottest time of the day. Spring growth emerges with orange leaves edged in yellow, and bright pink flowers soon rise above the foot high foliage. The leaves mature to a yellow-green during the summer, then take on burnt orange hues as the weather cools. This variety will spread up to 24 inches and works well in borders, container planters and hanging baskets.
