CloseWhen describing 'Pascal' hebe, it has traits similar to some of its cousins, but ultimately is uniquely its own. Dark red stems support shiny, lance-shaped green leaves that turn burgundy in the winter. Violet-blue flower spikes emerge in the summer, attracting bees and hummingbirds. 'Pascal' is one of the smaller varieties of hebe, growing to 18 to 24 inches tall and wide at maturity. Its compact size and year-round good looks makes it a great choice for container planters, hanging baskets, borders, and mass plantings.
