An evergreen, variegated sedge that can handle Pacific NW summers in the sun or shady gardens spots.
Available in store
CloseThough we often equate sedges with shade gardens, 'Everest' Sedge can handle sunny Pacific NW summer garden spots as well as shady environments. Its flowing, ribbon-like, variegated leaves add movement, texture, and color to garden borders, container planters, and hanging baskets. 'Everest' Sedge provides year-round interest to the garden, forming a graceful mound about two feet tall and wide, and is as low-maintenance as a plant can get. Like all sedges, it does need to be watered regularly for best appearance.
