CloseIf the fancy leaf geranium 'Wilhelm Langguth' were a piece of furniture, it would be considered an antique, having made its first appearance back in the late 1800s. As have gardeners over the centuries, we love this variety for its cream and gray-green foliage, with the cherry-red summer blooms an added bonus. 'Wilhelm Langguth' is truly stunning in container planters, hanging baskets, borders, and mass plantings, growing to about a foot tall and wide. Treated as a summer annual here in the Pacific NW, this tender perennial may well ride out the light frosts of early fall.
