Triangular shaped, variegated leaves make this fig an eye-catching indoor houseplant, eventually reaching four to eight feet tall.

CloseLike most variegated houseplants, 'Variegated Triangle Fig' does best in a well-lighted room with no direct sun. The plant will tell you if it's getting enough light because the leaves will revert to all green in too dark a room. Unlike other indoor figs, 'Variegated Triangle Fig' is less fussy about its habitat, though it does best with higher humidity and prefers to be too dry than too wet. This unusual variety grows slowly to four feet and may eventually reach eight feet in height with a four foot spread. Consider planting it with other houseplants when it is still relatively small. It can always be moved to its own container as it grows. Keep 'Variegated Triangle Fig away from heater vents and pets - it doesn't like the drying heat and pets may become ill from ingesting its leaves.
