CloseFoxgloves typically fall into a little recognized category of plants known as biennials. They spend the first year putting out roots and leaves, then bloom the second year, after which, they usually die. 'Artic Fox Rose' foxglove is in a class of its own, blooming each and every year from late spring and throughout the summer. Gorgeous pink tubular flowers with speckled throats attract bees and butterflies, but deer and rabbits ignore them. Wonderful in container planters or in cut flower gardens.
