Most gardeners recognize the unique upside-down appearance of cyclamen flowers, and rarely think about the variegated foliage. Silver Form Winter Cyclamen, aka Silver Form Hardy Cyclamen, challenges that train of thought with its silvery heart-shaped leaves that emerge in the fall, and act as a beautiful backdrop for purplish-pink blooms that appear anywhere from fall through early spring. This perennial dies back in the summer and requires little care during that time.
