The deep red color of the petals are all the more intense for the contrasting yellow throat. Lovely on its own or paired with other summer annuals.

CloseGardeners are drawn to 'Aloha Kona Dark Red' calibrachoa as much as the bees, butterflies and hummingbirds are. This Million Bells is a bit more upright compared to other calibrachoas, but it will drape nicely over the edge of hanging baskets and container planters, while also filling in those empty spaces with clean foliage and dark lavender blooms. Beautiful on its own in our extra-small crown baskets or paired with other summer annuals in larger containers or in borders, this calibrachoa will thrive in the sun with adequate water and fertilizer, right up until freeze.
