Begonia 'Funky Pink' 6 Inch

Funky Pink' begonias are a winner for summer shade gardens, adding lush foliage and eye-catching double flowers to container planters, hanging baskets, and along garden borders. This variety mounds up to a foot tall but spreads up to 18 inches, so use it as a "filler-spiller" in combination plantings or let it grow on its own for a full hanging basket of greenery and color. 'Funky Pink' would be quite happy in a coastal garden where the temps are more moderate.
Because it is a tuberous begonia, determined gardeners can try lifting the tubers at the end of the growing season and replanting them in late winter. They should not be put back out however, until after all danger of frost has passed.
