CloseLily of the Nile perennials have a commanding presence in the sunny summer garden, and 'Queen Anne' agapanthus especially so, with 24" tall flower stalks and mounds of clean, narrow strap-like foliage that can eventually grow to three feet across. This is an excellent variety for cut-flower gardens, as well as container planters and in mass plantings. Removing spent blooms will encourage reblooming and keeps the plants looking tidy. Butterflies and bees enjoy the dense flower clusters as much as we do.
