CloseHelleborus 'Jacob' well deserves the name Christmas Rose, blooming before other varieties of hellebores, sometimes in November. The large white flowers face outward, showing off golden yellow stamens. In colder temps, the blooms gradually turn pink, while warmer temps turn the blooms greenish. 'Jacob' boasts a dense cluster of lush evergreen foliage, making it welcome as a ground cover, in woodland gardens, along borders, or in container planters and hanging baskets.
